I was disappointed with my recent experience here due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. First, the final invoice I received was not itemized, leaving me completely in the dark about the breakdown between parts and labor costs. Secondly, I was quoted a one-hour wait for a part delivery, but it ended up taking several hours. Had I been given an accurate time estimate upfront, I would have simply rescheduled my appointment. The shop needs to improve its billing clarity and respect for customers' time.

First time dealing with David (owner) and he was awesome. Honest and fast service. I ended up needing 2 new tires (thought it was something way worse and he found out it wasn’t *yay*) he didn’t have them in stock but was able to get them delivered and replaced all within the same day. Thank you 10x over for helping me in a pinch!! 10/10 recommend to anyone who need fast reliable service.
